Yes. We collaborate with coordinated teams to capture photos and videos simultaneously, ensuring style and continuity. Our packages include both services with coverage duration determined according to your type of event.
What are photography and videography together called?
They are known as integrated audiovisual service or multimedia coverage, combining the visual and narrative in a single package. At IAZ Photo Studio, we combine both services in our packages to provide coverage of the entire event and capture all the special moments.
Can I purchase just a photo session?
Yes, it costs $50. However, we sell the photos separately. We have photo session packages that cater to different budgets for each event.
Can I pay for extra time at the event?
No, for the safety of the photographers, we prefer that they do not carry cash. You must make payments to an administrative person. With the time spent on the camera, we will see how much extra time was consumed, and we will add it to the contract.
What happens if I do not choose my photos on time?
If you do not select your photos within 4 weeks after the event, IAZ Photo Studio will make the selection for you, without exceptions. We have learned that because of daily occupations, many clients do not complete this process on time, which has resulted in abandoned projects. To avoid delays and ensure the delivery of your material, we will set this maximum deadline. If you do not choose by then, we will pick the photos for you to finish your project on time.
Can you make last-minute changes?
It depends on the situation: if the event changes location and we are not informed in advance, a $50 fee will automatically be applied to the contract. Additionally, if the new location involves a greater distance, this could incur additional costs or, in some cases, the cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.
Should the event cancel on the scheduled date for any reason, there will be no refund. We will try to be accommodating when it comes to itinerary modifications. However, keep in mind that we have scheduled our team in advance to prevent any setbacks. Any last-minute adjustments could cause disorganization and affect the flow of the event.
